Do I need to have an iPod or MP3 player to listen to the audio?

No you don't. Anyone with a computer connected to the internet can listen to the audio files. You will need Flash installed on your computer (this is standard on 95%+ of PCs), and you'll also need speakers or headphones.

I've clicked on the player button but I can't hear anything. What could be the problem?

There could be a number of problems, and we're unable to give fully comprehensive advice. You should check that you have Flash on your computer (you can download it free from Adobe). You should also check that the sound is turned up on your machine, and that your speakers or headphones are connected.

I’m hovering over the play button and and it’s saying 'click to activate this control'. Why is this happening?

Microsoft has made changes to XP that mean that Flash objects have to be 'activated' before they can be used. Simply click to activate the 'control' (in this case the Radio Player) and then click the Play button.

I am on a Mac and/or using Mozilla, how do I play the audio files?

The Flash player may not work. The site has been designed to operate on PCs and Internet Explorer.

Can I download the audio files?

No, the players do not support the download of the mp3 files. This is to prevent infringment of copyright.
